The Kansas Shared Work Program offers employers an alternative to layoffs by allowing employees to share available work, with unemployment benefits covering part of their lost income. To boost participation, we developed a unified messaging framework to drive awareness and educate employers and employees across multiple channels. A cost-efficient program overview video, supported by website, print, and social media, addressed key challenges and reduced call center inquiries.
