Subway

CRM email marketing to promote Subway’s new loyalty program called MyWay Rewards, that launched at over 28,000 participating restaurants across North America. Subway used customer surveys to gauge what features were most important, which resulted in a program which was personalized, flexible, and surprising. Our goal was to promote adoption and usage of the program via emails.
